I’m Brian Albert, and Kosarek Construction is a local, IL-licensed roofer—CertainTeed ShingleMaster, NRCA member, bonded & insured. Enter your address and I’ll send a free storm-history report for your exact roof, built from radar data and the public storm record. If it’s worth a closer look, I’ll come inspect it myself.
I’m pulling five years of hail, wind & tornado history for your address and will send your report to you, usually the same day.
We built a storm-history system, TEMPEST™, that pulls every hail, wind, and tornado event recorded at your exact address over the last five years—so you know what your roof has actually been through, and whether a look is worth your time.

After a big storm, out-of-town crews flood the area—and they’re gone by winter. I’m not that. I’m Brian Albert, and I live and work here year-round: I pull your storm report, get on the roof myself, and stand behind the work. No storm-chasers. No high-pressure canvassers. Every roof is installed to CertainTeed ShingleMaster standards—the same quality-systems discipline I brought from precision manufacturing. IL-licensed, bonded & insured; NRCA member.
Illinois is one of the few states that licenses roofing contractors at all—and it issues two licenses, not one: residential, and a separate commercial license that’s much harder to earn. We hold both. Missouri requires no roofing license, so that state-verified bar isn’t a given there—whichever side of the river your roof is on, you’re hiring a company that clears it.
Hail and wind damage is often invisible from the ground for months. By the time water shows up on a ceiling, the repair is far bigger. A storm report tells you where you stand now, before the next rain forces the question.
Don’t climb a wet or storm-damaged roof. Look from the ground and let us inspect it safely.
Enter your address; we pull your 5-year storm history.
If the report warrants it, I get on the roof myself—safely, no obligation.
Documented findings, photographs, and a straight estimate—repair or replace.
Once you approve, the work is done to ShingleMaster standards, on schedule.
Brian is knowledgeable in all things roofs and engineering. There’s not a better team I would trust with my home or business.
Professional team with high quality workmanship. Highly recommended!
Kosarek replaced my roof last year and it was a very smooth experience. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on my roof since it was done.
